22 December 2022 HKTKWW – The first “BOC Hong Kong Technology Innovation Awards,” title-sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) (“BOCHK”) and hosted by the Hong Kong Technology Innovation Alliance, held a grand awards ceremony today at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong. The “BOC Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Award” is designed to encourage scientific and technological innovation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hong Kong. It is divided into five major fields: artificial intelligence and robotics, life and health, new materials and new energy, advanced manufacturing, and financial technology. Each field produces an annual award. One award winner will receive a total reward of up to HK$10 million. Mr.Calvin Cheng, CEO and founder of Wizpresso, is one of the winners.
