Wizpresso’s Law Firm Compliance Package has been included on the List of Designated Services under the Department of Justice’s Funding Scheme for LawTech Solution Subscription by Hong Kong Legal Sector. Eligible small and medium-sized law firms can apply to have the cost of a 12-month subscription reimbursed.
We’ll demonstrate the package at Hong Kong LawTech Fest 2026, part of Hong Kong Legal Week. Visit us at the LawTech Exhibition from 4 to 6 November 2026 (HKCEC, N206–208), and join our live demonstration workshop on the Insight Stage on Friday 6 November, 10:00–10:30 (HKCEC, N209–210).

The scheme was announced in the Chief Executive’s 2026 Policy Address. It aims to help small and medium-sized law firms and junior barristers adopt LawTech, including AI, by lowering the initial cost of subscribing to a solution. Applications from Hong Kong law firms are handled by The Law Society of Hong Kong. Under the scheme guide, firms with no more than five partners (including sole practitioners) may be eligible. The Law Society will announce the full eligibility requirements and application period.
Applying is simple:
- Request a quotation. Ask Wizpresso for a written quotation. We’ll send it within 14 days, with the cost of the package and any optional features you choose broken down.
- Apply to The Law Society. Submit your application with the quotation.
- Subscribe. Once your application is approved, send us the approval. We’ll issue an invoice that matches your quotation, and the package is ready to use as soon as you subscribe.
- Claim reimbursement. After you pay, we’ll send you proof of subscription and payment to support your claim.
The Wizpresso Law Firm Compliance Package helps solicitors streamline compliance, due diligence, verification and document review, using secure AI agents and structured collaboration tools.
Diligence: GRC AI Agents (included)
- Regulatory research and monitoring: Track updates from the regulators you follow through a single feed, with each obligation linked to the exact clause of the original circular.
- Compliance gap analysis: Turn requirements into structured obligations and see where your firm’s or your clients’ policies and controls don’t yet cover them.
- Due diligence and issue tracking: Identify, assign and follow up on issues in a shared workspace, with a timestamped record of what was reviewed and decided.
- Structured work outputs: Produce checklists, work lists and summaries ready for review.
Factify: IPO Verification Software (optional add-on)
A platform built for verification work. It provides source-based evidence management, issue tracking, collaboration and AI-assisted review, designed for solicitors on capital markets transactions.
Both products are designed to cut repetitive manual work while lawyers keep professional oversight, traceability and control over everything the AI produces.
This year’s LawTech Forum theme, “Human in the Loop, Integrity at the Core”, reflects how we build. Every obligation and finding in Diligence links back to its source, every action is logged, and the lawyer makes the final decision. For a small firm, that means getting the capacity of a dedicated compliance and diligence team without giving up control over the advice.

Reimbursement under the Funding Scheme depends on the applicant’s eligibility and on approval by The Law Society of Hong Kong. Being on the List of Designated Services does not mean the Government, the Consultation Group on LawTech Development or the scheme’s Administrators endorse or recommend any service or service provider.
